COURSE 01
Dog on Deck
PET STCW should be a mandatory course for crew on pet friendly yachts. This course covers pet safety, Pet CPR, potential hazards, behavioral issues, sea sickness, injuries at sea, pet health crisis and all the items, precautions, and first aid steps a yacht should have in place prior to paws crossing the plank. We also discuss emergency preparedness, how to develop a plan, and provide a guide and checklist for crew to refer to and how to organize a proper first aid kit for pets. International documentation and health requirements is also covered. Make your charter or crew stand heads and tails above the rest by properly training and receiving certification as a pet vetted yacht.

Five Star Service for Four Paws
In this course you will learn and train how to create, deliver, and empower the Gold Standard for servicing the four legged guest on a luxury yacht. From the moment a pet is welcomed on board, through anticipating and fulfilling their needs, and delivering a fond farewell, each touch point offers an opportunity to show the charter guest or yacht owner that you have a genuine passion and pride in the tasks, activities, and interactions you have with one’s pet. Many pet people consider a pet as an extension of family.
